Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: If the instructors think the weather forecast is not suitable for the experience to take place we will inform with 24 hours notice before your booking time, and will re-book a date and time that suits you, however if you wish to cancel you must give us 48 hours notice. No refund will be given however you will receive a voucher for the original amount paid in order to rebook. If you have any covid symptoms please let us know as soon as possible before your booking - any cancellations made due to covid will be rescheduled after the government suggested period of isolation. Deposits are Non-Refundable, Although can be transferred to 1 Rescheduled Booking.
